Partner Privacy Policy

This Partner Privacy Policy explains how SaviorAll S.A (“SaviorAll”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information relating to businesses, business representatives and other individuals who apply to or participate in the SaviorAll Partner network.

This Policy applies to information collected through the SaviorAll website, Partner application forms, Partner Platform and other communications or interactions relating to the Partner relationship.

1. Data Controller

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the Partner relationship and the services provided, SaviorAll may collect the following information:

Business and contact information

  • Business name;
  • Business type;
  • Contact person’s name;
  • Email address;
  • Telephone number;
  • Country and location information;
  • Professional contact information.

Store information

  • Country, city, district and province/region;
  • Postal code;
  • Full business address;
  • Google Maps location, where provided;
  • Point of interest;
  • Store description;
  • Store photograph;
  • Storage capacity;
  • Opening days and hours.

Tax and invoicing information

  • Legal business name;
  • Tax identification number;
  • Tax address;
  • Other information required for invoicing, settlements and applicable tax obligations.

Payment and settlement information

Where required to make Partner payments, SaviorAll may collect:

  • Account holder name;
  • Bank name;
  • IBAN;
  • Account number;
  • Routing number;
  • Sort code;
  • BIC/SWIFT;
  • Bank and branch codes;
  • Other country-specific banking information;
  • PayPal account information, where applicable.

Representative information

Where required for verification or payment purposes, SaviorAll may collect information concerning the Partner’s legal representative, including their date of birth.

The Partner is responsible for ensuring that it has the necessary authority to provide personal information relating to other individuals.

The information currently requested through the Partner onboarding form is used to review and activate the Partner, operate the Storage Point and manage payments and settlements.

3. How We Use Personal Data

SaviorAll may process Partner information to:

  • review and verify Partner applications;
  • assess and activate Storage Points;
  • create and manage Partner accounts;
  • communicate with Partners;
  • manage Bookings and the provision of storage services;
  • process Partner payments and settlements;
  • manage invoicing and tax requirements;
  • provide operational support;
  • send notifications relating to Bookings and the Partner service;
  • prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents;
  • investigate complaints, incidents and claims;
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and
  • protect SaviorAll’s rights and legitimate business interests.

SaviorAll does not publicly display private payment or banking information.

A Partner location is not published or activated until the application has been reviewed and approved by SaviorAll.

4. Operational Communications

Where the Partner has provided a telephone number and agreed to receive operational communications, SaviorAll may use that number to send notifications relating to the Partner service, including notifications concerning new paid Bookings.

These communications are operational and are intended to allow the Partner to properly provide the SaviorAll service.

The Partner may contact SaviorAll if it no longer wishes to receive such communications, subject to communications that are necessary to provide the contracted service.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Depending on the applicable law and the specific processing activity, SaviorAll may process Partner information on the basis of:

  • taking steps at the Partner’s request before entering into a contractual relationship;
  • performing the Partner agreement;
  • complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations;
  • SaviorAll’s legitimate interests, including operating, securing and improving its services; or
  • the Partner’s consent, where consent is required by applicable law.

Where processing is based on consent, the Partner may withdraw consent at any time.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

6. Sharing of Personal Data

SaviorAll may share Partner information with third parties where reasonably necessary to operate its business, including:

  • payment and banking service providers;
  • technology, hosting and cloud service providers;
  • customer support and communication providers;
  • accounting, tax and professional advisers;
  • fraud prevention and security providers;
  • government authorities or law enforcement where legally required; and
  • other service providers acting on SaviorAll’s behalf.

SaviorAll does not sell Partner personal information to third parties.

7. International Data Transfers

Because SaviorAll operates a digital platform and may use service providers located in different countries, Partner information may be processed or stored outside the country in which the Partner is located.

Where required by applicable law, SaviorAll will implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data.

8. Data Retention

SaviorAll retains Partner information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including for:

  • managing the Partner relationship;
  • providing and administering the services;
  • accounting and tax purposes;
  • resolving disputes and claims;
  • preventing fraud; and
  • complying with legal obligations.

When personal information is no longer required, SaviorAll will delete, anonymize or otherwise securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

9. Data Security

SaviorAll uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect Partner information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss or misuse.

However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Partners are also responsible for keeping their SaviorAll account credentials confidential and notifying SaviorAll of any suspected unauthorized access.

10. Partner Rights

Depending on the applicable data protection legislation, Partners and individuals whose personal information is processed by SaviorAll may have rights including:

  • access to their personal information;
  • correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • deletion of personal information where legally applicable;
  • restriction or objection to certain processing;
  • withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • other rights provided by applicable law.

SaviorAll may request reasonable information to verify the identity of the person making a request.

11. Third-Party Information

Where a Partner provides SaviorAll with personal information relating to employees, representatives, owners or other individuals, the Partner is responsible for ensuring that such information may lawfully be provided to SaviorAll.

The Partner should inform such individuals about the applicable processing of their personal information.

12. Changes to This Policy

SaviorAll may update this Partner Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its services, technology, business practices or applicable law.

The updated version will be published on the SaviorAll Platform together with the applicable “Last Updated” date.
