2. Information We Collect
When a Customer creates an account, makes a Booking or uses the SaviorAll services, we may collect:
Personal and contact information
- Full name;
- Email address;
- Telephone number.
Payment information
When a Customer makes a payment, payment information is processed through the payment provider selected by SaviorAll, including Stripe or PayPal.
SaviorAll does not need to directly collect or store the Customer’s complete payment card details where these are processed directly by the relevant payment provider.
The applicable payment provider may process payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.
3. Information Relating to Bookings
In addition to personal information, SaviorAll may process information relating to a Customer’s Booking, including:
- Booking reference;
- Storage Point selected;
- Date and time of check-in and check-out;
- Type and category of Item deposited;
- Value declared for the Item, where applicable;
- Booking status;
- Payment and refund status; and
- Information relating to customer support requests, incidents, claims or disputes.
This information is necessary to provide and administer the storage service.
4. How We Use Personal Data
SaviorAll may process Customer information to:
- create and manage Customer accounts;
- process and manage Bookings;
- provide the storage service;
- communicate Booking confirmations and operational notifications;
- process payments, refunds and cancellations;
- provide customer support;
- manage claims, incidents and insurance-related processes;
- verify Booking information;
- prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorized transactions;
- improve the SaviorAll Platform and services;
- comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations; and
- protect SaviorAll’s rights and legitimate business interests.
5. Communications
SaviorAll may use the Customer’s email address and telephone number to send communications necessary to provide the service, including:
- Booking confirmations;
- check-in and check-out information;
- Booking changes or cancellations;
- payment notifications;
- customer support communications;
- information concerning incidents or claims; and
- other service-related notifications.
Where permitted by applicable law, SaviorAll may also send promotional communications about its services.
Customers may opt out of promotional communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the relevant communication or by contacting SaviorAll.
6. Payment Processing
Payments made through the SaviorAll Platform may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
These providers may collect and process payment information directly in order to authorize and complete transactions, prevent fraud and comply with applicable financial and legal requirements.
SaviorAll receives information necessary to confirm and administer the transaction, such as payment status and transaction references.
SaviorAll does not intentionally store complete credit or debit card numbers when payment is processed directly by the applicable payment provider.
7. Legal Basis for Processing
Depending on the applicable law and the specific processing activity, SaviorAll may process Customer personal information on the basis of:
- performing a contract or taking steps at the Customer’s request before entering into a contract;
- complying with legal, accounting or regulatory obligations;
- SaviorAll’s legitimate interests, including operating, securing and improving its services and preventing fraud; or
- the Customer’s consent, where consent is required by applicable law.
Where processing is based on consent, the Customer may withdraw consent at any time.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
8. Sharing Personal Data
SaviorAll may share Customer information where reasonably necessary to provide and operate the services, including with:
- Storage Partners participating in the SaviorAll network;
- payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal;
- technology, hosting and cloud service providers;
- customer support and communication providers;
- fraud prevention and security providers;
- insurance or claims service providers, where applicable;
- professional advisers;
- government authorities or law enforcement where legally required; and
- other service providers acting on SaviorAll’s behalf.
SaviorAll does not sell Customer personal information to third parties.
9. Information Shared with Storage Partners
In order to provide the storage service, SaviorAll may share with the relevant Storage Partner information necessary to identify and manage the Customer’s Booking.
This may include the Customer’s name, Booking reference and other information reasonably necessary for check-in, check-out, customer support or incident management.
Payment card details are not shared with Storage Partners.
10. International Data Transfers
SaviorAll operates a digital platform and may use service providers located in different countries.
As a result, Customer personal information may be processed or stored outside the country in which the Customer is located.
Where required by applicable law, SaviorAll will implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data.
11. Data Retention
SaviorAll retains Customer information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide and administer the services;
- maintain Booking and transaction records;
- manage customer support;
- handle claims and disputes;
- prevent fraud and misuse; and
- comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
When personal information is no longer required, SaviorAll will delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
12. Data Security
SaviorAll uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect Customer information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss or misuse.
Payment information processed by third-party payment providers is subject to the security measures and policies of the applicable provider.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers are responsible for keeping their account credentials and Booking information secure.
13. Customer Rights
Depending on the applicable data protection legislation, Customers may have rights including:
- access to their personal information;
- correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- deletion of personal information where legally applicable;
- restriction or objection to certain processing;
- withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent; and
- other rights provided by applicable law.

SaviorAll may request reasonable information to verify the identity of the person making a request.
14. Cookies and Similar Technologies
SaviorAll may use cookies and similar technologies on its website and application.

SaviorAll may update this Customer Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its services, technology, business practices or applicable law.
The updated version will be published on the SaviorAll Platform together with the applicable “Last Updated” date.
