1. Free Cancellation
The Customer may cancel a Booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled Check-in time.
Where the Customer cancels within this period, the applicable refund will be processed through the payment method used for the Booking, subject to any applicable payment processing rules.
2. Cancellations with Less Than 12 Hours Notice
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled Check-in time are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3. No-Show
Failure to attend the Storage Point during the booked period may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable.
4. Active Booking
Once an Item has been deposited, the Booking is considered active and is generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
