SaviorAll is a digital platform that allows users to find and book short-term storage services for personal belongings at participating commercial establishments in the cities where SaviorAll operates.

SaviorAll provides the digital platform, booking system, payment functionality and customer support.

The physical storage service is provided at participating commercial establishments (“Partners”) operating as Storage Points.

The specific conditions governing the use of the storage service are set out in the SaviorAll Customer Terms and Conditions.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the SaviorAll name, trademarks, logos, domain names, software, website and application design, text, graphics, images, databases and other content available through the Platform are owned by or licensed to SaviorAll S.A

All such materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, commercially exploited or otherwise used without prior written authorization from SaviorAll, except where permitted by applicable law.

4. Platform Availability and Content

SaviorAll makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information available through the Platform is accurate and up to date.

However, information relating to Partners, Storage Points, availability, opening hours, prices and services may change from time to time.

SaviorAll does not guarantee that the Platform or all information available through it will always be uninterrupted, complete, accurate or error-free.

SaviorAll may modify, update, suspend or discontinue parts of the Platform where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, commercial, security or legal reasons.

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including payment service providers.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

SaviorAll is not responsible for the content, availability or policies of third-party websites or services, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies and similar technologies are governed by the SaviorAll Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, respectively.

These policies form part of the information provided to users of the Platform and should be reviewed before using the services.

7. Governing Law

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Colombia.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Legal Notice or the use of the Platform shall be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights or jurisdictional rules applicable to the Customer.
